It’s season 10 and Elite Concepts’ Crabfest is still going strong. Hairy crabs are an annual tradition in Shanghai, and this year the crabs are especially fresh, sweet and plump, with deliciously creamy crab roe. No wonder they’re selling exceptionally well, with so much praise. As well as the traditional classic hairy crabs being served we’ve also got a selection of new and innovative crab-based creations including stir-fried crab roe with rice noodles, and crab roe with shrimp.
