Paul HSU
Executive Director
After graduating from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration in New York, he travelled and worked around the globe with two goals in mind: to learn all aspects of the hospitality industry and to absorb each country's unique culture, and create an authentic and luxurious experience for every guest. Following extensive work in the luxury hotel industry, Paul established Elite Concepts in 1991 to fill a market niche for independent dining and entertainment venues catering to a younger, more sophisticated clientele. Paul has pursued his vision for over 20 years, building Elite Concepts into one of Asia's leading hospitality management and consulting firms. By avoiding gimmicks and fads, and stressing innovation, comfort, and style, Paul will no doubt continue this success.

Damien Chang
General Manager, yè shanghai group
Damien joined us as the General Manager of yè shanghai in 1998. Damien is responsible for the overall operations and management for the restaurants under the brand yè shanghai. He has over 30 years of experience in the Chinese restaurants and hotel industries.







Danny Hui
General Manager, yè shanghai, Shanghai and Taipei
Danny joined us in 2000 and is currently the General Manager of ye shanghai Shanghai and Taipei. Danny has overall responsibility for all operational issues, business development as well as strategic management. He has over 34 years of experience in the food & beverage industry.
