- 3-4 years working experience (preferred working experience in winery / vineyards)
- Diploma from hotel/catering school, or wine-making / Enology school
- Extensive Spanish wines knowledge and understanding of the wine industry, both retail and on premises
- Fluent spoken and written English,
- Must handle paperwork, guest contact and operation coordination
