- Assist daily bar set-up and operations
- Prepare high standard alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages
- Monitor and control beverage inventory of drinks and other bar supplies at reasonable level
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of all equipment and utensils at bar area and floor area
- Interact with customers, take orders and serving snacks and drinks
- Assess bar customer’s needs and preferences and making recommendations
