restaurant (Portofino) in the Venetian Macau, target ed to open August 2008 |

The outlet will have 250 seating capacity with high volume turnover and a kitchen brigade of 45 chefs |

minimum 10 years experience with Italian food in free standing restaurant |

dedicated hands -on chef with an excellent knowledge of Italian & Mediterranean food |
